Wasmund Racing Takes it to Huset’s Speedway

After three years of not attending a Huset’s Speedway event, the Wasmund Racing Team made it to a show this last Sunday night. Instead of racing at Knoxville Saturday night, Matt and the gang wanted to stay a little closer to home to test out the repaired race hauler. A closer venue was in need for the team so they thought Huset’s Speedway would be the next best option. It was not a bad run at all for the first time back there in 3 years, Matt was able to qualify 12th, have a nice 4th place finish in the heat, and then Matt made his way up in the main to earn him a respectable 13th place finish. The future plans for the Wasmund Team is to race in Fargo, ND, this upcoming Saturday with the World of Outlaws and then the Outlaw show at Huset’s on the 3rd of July.
