Doug is the founder and driving force behind Wasmund Racing. Without his help and support, racing at this level would be impossible.
Doug oversees all aspects of the racing team, but his main areas on race night are working with the motors and driving the transporter.
Kerri, not only the Director of Sales and Marketing for Wasmund Racing, but she is also Matt's Wife. She has the duties of keeping Matt and the team in line on and off the racetrack.
Todd has been with Wasmund Racing since the mid 1990’s. Todd does it all from paint and body work to fabrication and graphics. He is also the mastermind behind the SamSport pit cart. With his graphical abilities, he is certainly the reason the Wasmund Racing Team looks as good as they do. On race nights, Todd is in charge of chassis and tire selection for the Wasmund Racing 4w.
George has been with Wasmund Racing for 6 years. George has a long history in sprint car racing and as a former car owner he knows what it takes to run a successful team. George helps with all aspects of the car building process and is in charge of weekly motor maintenance. Race nights, George helps with all aspects of the car, but also works aside of Doug in the motor and gearing department.
Thomas is in charge of the IT and complaint department of Wasmund Racing. Tom comes to the races every chance he gets, but is limited to what his work schedule will allow.
Randy has been with Wasmund Racing since the beginning. Randy has been a big part of getting the Wasmund Racing Team to where they are today. Similar to George, Randy is also a former car owner, so he knows how much work it takes to operate a successful racing team and has been there whenever we need him for anything. Randy was a big help in getting the current race hauler ready roll and with his wiring skills, he was a big help in building the current race shop.
Eric Grimmius-Resident Carpenter
Eric has been involved with Wasmund Racing for many years off and on when his work will allow. Eric built the current race shop and constructed the lounge area of the current transporter.
